Quand nous sommes en train de piaffer sur la ligne de d\u00e9part, frais comme des gardons, les sensations au top niveau, le sourire aux l\u00e8vres et, pour compl\u00e9ter l&rsquo;excitation, si nous nous mettons \u00e0 \u00e9couter notre \u00ab&nbsp;voisin de dossard&nbsp;\u00bb qui raconte \u00e0 qui veut l&rsquo;entendre, qu&rsquo;il part vite en mettant en pratique l&rsquo;adage :<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Ce qui est pris n&rsquo;est plus \u00e0 prendre&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"382.3040000000001\"><\/div>\n<p data-canvas-width=\"382.3040000000001\">Nous risquons de faire connaissance avec <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\"><strong>le mur du 30\/35\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre<\/strong><\/a>. Alors pour \u00e9viter de se cogner, laissons notre ego sous l\u2019arche des bips ! Partons prudemment (entre 8\u201c et 10\u201c secondes de plus au kilo sur les 8\/10 premiers kilom\u00e8tres semble raisonnable).<\/p>\n<p data-canvas-width=\"382.3040000000001\">Laissons notre \u00ab&nbsp;voisin du d\u00e9part&nbsp;\u00bb aller chercher <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;ce qui n&rsquo;est plus \u00e0 prendre&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong>.
