Ou alors courir un Marathon en 3H 59\u2019 quand on a le potentiel pour le courir en 4H&nbsp;?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Je pense que nous sommes nombreux \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u2019accord pour dire que <strong>le m\u00e9rite ou l\u2019Exceptionnel&nbsp;est ce qui se rapproche le plus pr\u00e8s possible \u2026.. &nbsp;du possible<\/strong>, quel que soit le temps \u00ab&nbsp;vieux d\u00e9butants&nbsp;\u00bb r\u00e9ussir des chronos, des temps que dans nos r\u00eaves les plus fous on n\u2019approchera jamais&nbsp;<i>(VO2 quand tu nous tiens)<\/i>, gardons \u00e0 l\u2019esprit que les autres comptent peu dans notre <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/maintenir-condition-physique\/\">performance<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em>et que <strong>nous sommes&nbsp;Exceptionnels&nbsp;quand nous r\u00e9alisons ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu<\/strong>, au contraire de personnes ordinaires qui ne s\u2019obligent rien.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Nous sommes&nbsp;Exceptionnels&nbsp;quand nous r\u00e9alisons ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Alors quand les conditions de course deviennent difficiles, parce qu\u2019elles seront difficiles \u00e0 un moment ou un autre, restons&nbsp;Exceptionnels, faisons en sorte que l\u2019Exceptionnel&nbsp;soit l\u2019\u00e9tat normal, pour que les kilom\u00e8tres parcourus ne ressemblent \u00e0 rien de miraculeux mais <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\">r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un travail bien fait<\/a><\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Et ce public si nombreux au bord des routes, il est l\u00e0 pour <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>\u00ab&nbsp;NOUS&nbsp;\u00bb<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, les anonymes, les inconnus, les sans grade, les&nbsp;Exceptionnels:<\/span><span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;il-y-aurait-il autant de monde \u00e0 encourager, \u00e0 dresser dans certains endroits des haies de spectateurs si la course \u00e9tait faite que de champions et de soi-disant champions, qui pour r\u00e9ussir des temps&nbsp;exceptionnels&nbsp;ont une f\u00e2cheuse tendance \u00e0 devenir des Marathoniens des m\u00e9docs&nbsp;?<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Soyons fiers et heureux de faire partie des&nbsp;Exceptionnels<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Alors soyons fiers et heureux de faire partie des&nbsp;Exceptionnels, avec pour chacun d\u2019entre nous, les petits, les gros, les jeunes, les plus rid\u00e9s, les sans grades et les m\u00e9daill\u00e9s, des r\u00eaves pleins la t\u00eate, fait de routes goudronn\u00e9es, de sable du d\u00e9sert ou de cailloux montagneux qui pi\u00e9tin\u00e9s donneront
