Une course r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ne pas \u00eatre \u00e9vidente, avec 350 D+, dont une grosse c\u00f4te au 32e km et avec en plus un vent de face pendant les 4 derniers km.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019utilise <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-marathon.html\"><strong>l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running<\/strong><\/a> depuis mi-septembre, lorsque j&rsquo;ai rencontr\u00e9 son co-fondateur,&nbsp;<strong><a class=\"profileLink\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/yoann.perret?fref=gs&amp;dti=577051509352859&amp;hc_location=group\" rel=\"dialog\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/user.php?id=1170804900&amp;extragetparams=%7B%22fref%22%3A%22gs%22%2C%22directed_target_id%22%3A577051509352859%2C%22dti%22%3A577051509352859%2C%22hc_location%22%3A%22group%22%7D\" data-hovercard-prefer-more-content-show=\"1\">Yoann<\/a><\/strong>. Certains d\u2019entre vous le connaissent bien !<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5mfr _47e3\"><span class=\"_7oe\">Je suis pass\u00e9 par l&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme, le basket et le rugby. <\/span><\/span>Depuis 2 ans, je fais des triathlons (non-licenci\u00e9). Quand on m&rsquo;a parl\u00e9 de l&rsquo;application, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais un peu sceptique vis-\u00e0-vis des r\u00e9sultats. J&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 Runtastic par exemple, sans jamais \u00eatre vraiment conquis&#8230;<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">J\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 Runtastic, sans vraiment \u00eatre conquis&#8230;<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, je d\u00e9cide de l\u2019installer et de l\u2019essayer. <strong>Mon objectif ?<\/strong> Un semi-marathon en <strong>1h30 avec 3 s\u00e9ances par semaine.<\/strong> Petit \u00e0 petit, je reprends du plaisir \u00e0 courir et \u00e0 souffrir avec des s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9&#8230; Apr\u00e8s seulement 3 semaines, tellement satisfait, je me lance un objectif&nbsp;<span class=\"st\">\u00ab idiot \u00bb selon certains : <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-marathons-en-france\/\"><strong>courir un marathon !<\/strong><\/a> J\u2019avais d\u2019autres envies pour 2018 (Half Ironman, triathlon et quelques 10km et semi-marathons). Je devais donc le faire \u00ab rapidement \u00bb. Cernay-la-Ville, le 7 Janvier 2018 : le rendez-vous parfait !<\/p>\n<p>Mon nouveau plan s&rsquo;\u00e9talait sur <strong>12 semaines \u00e0 raison de 3 s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires<\/strong>. J\u2019ai d\u00fb en rater 2 vers la fin car je sentais que mes jambes avaient du mal \u00e0 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-bien-recuperer-apres-une-course\/\">r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ? <\/strong>G\u00e9nial ! L&rsquo;app s\u2019habitue \u00e0 tout niveau et aussi au d\u00e9roulement des s\u00e9ances. Si le tempo est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9, les s\u00e9ances baissent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, le plan s&rsquo;ajuste. Et \u00e7a c&rsquo;est un gros point fort ! <em>(N&rsquo;esp\u00e9rez tout de m\u00eame pas faire 2h30 au marathon en faisant <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/conseil-course2\/\">la moiti\u00e9 du programme hein<\/a><\/strong>&#8230;)<\/em> De plus, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe est \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute : j\u2019ai lu de nombreux conseils du blog qui parlaient de running, chaussures, de courses, etc.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Plus d&rsquo;excuses : on fonce tout donner \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement !<br>\n<\/strong><\/h1>\n<hr>\n<p>Concernant le marathon, j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 qu\u2019il est pass\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite ! <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\"><strong>FREQUENCE Running me l\u2019avait conseill\u00e9,<\/strong><\/a> je suis parti tr\u00e8s tranquillement les 4 premiers km. Mais j\u2019ai eu beaucoup de mal \u00e0 me mettre dans le rythme pr\u00e9vu car le parcours \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s vallonn\u00e9&#8230;<br>\nCependant, je n\u2019ai pas senti de r\u00e9el <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\"><strong>\u00ab mur \u00bb<\/strong><\/a>, juste une \u00e9norme douleur sous le pied droit (mais \u00e7a c\u2019est autre chose je pense&#8230;). Pas une pointe de c\u00f4t\u00e9, jamais \u00e0 bout de souffle. Je me suis m\u00eame permis de sprinter les 500 derniers m\u00e8tres (4-4\u201910 au km) ! Ce qui m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9passer 2 concurrents (et presque un troisi\u00e8me&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai bien bu de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 tous les ravitaillements et j\u2019avais 8 liquides \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<br>\nJ\u2019ai march\u00e9 2 fois \u00e0 la fin car, faire face \u00e0 la fatigue et au vent face, c\u2019\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s dur physiquement et mentalement. J&rsquo;ai serr\u00e9 les dents !<\/p>\n<p>Alors maintenant, plus d\u2019excuses : on fonce tout donner \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement !
