Si nous courrions la t\u00eate en bas, les mains sur le sol, \u00e7a se saurait&nbsp;! Pourtant ces deux membres jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<h3>Une meilleure respiration et une foul\u00e9e plus efficace<\/h3>\n<p>Trop souvent mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9, leur mouvement, utilis\u00e9 correctement, permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer sa technique sans trop d&rsquo;efforts. Il assure<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/la-respiration\/\">une meilleure respiration<\/a><\/strong> et une foul\u00e9e plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La technique est simple \u00e0 comprendre&nbsp;:<\/strong> quand la jambe gauche va vers l&rsquo;avant, le bras droit doit faire de m\u00eame. Et vice-versa. Chaque mouvement doit avoir la m\u00eame amplitude&nbsp;: quand la <strong>jambe gauche est \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant au maximum, le bras droit doit \u00eatre, lui aussi, au maximum en avant<\/strong>. Ce mouvement doit venir des \u00e9paules, comme le pendule d&rsquo;une horloge.
