Cette ann\u00e9e, son d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait de chercher son record au semi-marathon de Boulogne-Billancourt qui est de <strong>1h47&rsquo;40<\/strong> avec un <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-semi-marathon.html\"><strong>programme FREQUENCE Running<\/strong><\/a> sur 10 semaines. Le travail a pay\u00e9, -3 min. Je connais bien mon niveau et mes allures. Mais j\u2019ai souvent tendance \u00e0 ne pas chercher \u00e0 d\u00e9passer mes limites, je suis un peu trop prudente !<\/p>\n<h3>Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e a courir le semi-marathon de Boulogne-Billancourt ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">Le semi de BB est en bas de chez moi, et le parcours en plat&nbsp;; 2 bons crit\u00e8res pour battre mon record&nbsp;!! Je savais que j\u2019aurai plein d\u2019encouragements tout le long du parcours&nbsp;; courir \u00e0 domicile, \u00e7a aide&nbsp;!!<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">Pr\u00e8s de chez moi, j\u2019aime courir au Parc de Saint-Cloud&nbsp;; il y a un peu de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9, et une belle vue sur Paris du coup&nbsp;! Sinon, quand je voyage, je prends toujours mes baskets, car j\u2019adore le tourisme en courant, c\u2019est une super fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9couvrir une ville&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, les s\u00e9ances correspondaient exactement \u00e0 mon niveau.<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3 class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">Marianne, comment as-tu&nbsp;v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration marathon avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">FREQUENCE Running a \u00e9t\u00e9 un vrai coach digital pour moi. J\u2019ai tout suivi \u00e0 la lettre (parfois, quand m\u00eame, j\u2019allais un peu plus vite ou bien je faisais un peu plus). D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, les s\u00e9ances correspondaient exactement \u00e0 mon niveau.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">J\u2019ai voulu suivre le meneur d\u2019allure, tout en respectant mon allure. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez facile jusqu\u2019au 13\u00e8. Apr\u00e8s, le meneur a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9, mais je suis rest\u00e9e \u00e0 mon allure, car je pensais que la fin serait trop dure sinon. Lui a fini trop vite&nbsp;!! De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, j\u2019ai maintenu le cap tout le long et suis arriv\u00e9e en forme&nbsp;!! Il faut dire que les conditions \u00e9taient id\u00e9ales&nbsp;; beau temps, temp\u00e9rature parfaite, pas de vent\u2026<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour ton semi-marathon ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">1H45, objectif atteint avec une chrono de <strong>1H44\u201921\u2019<\/strong>\u2019&nbsp;!!<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Gr\u00e2ce au PREMIUM j&rsquo;ai pu int\u00e9grer dans le plan des s\u00e9ances faites en club<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3 class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">J\u2019ai couru 3 fois \/ semaine sur 10 semaines environ, avec une petite blessure entre temps. Le d\u00e9but \u00e9tait cool, le programme s\u2019est cors\u00e9 3 semaines environ avant la course. En plus gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frequence-running.com\/premium\">l&rsquo;option PREMIUM<\/a>&nbsp;de l&rsquo;application (je testais la version BETA) j&rsquo;ai pu remplacer des s\u00e9ances du plan par des fractionn\u00e9s que je faisais de temps en temps avec mon club.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">As-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 un nouveau plan&nbsp;d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avec l&rsquo;application&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 une pr\u00e9pa pour un 10KM, afin de profiter de ma bonne forme apr\u00e8s le semi,&nbsp;mais je me suis bless\u00e9e (en v\u00e9lo) et je n\u2019ai pas couru depuis presque 2 semaines. \u00c7a commence \u00e0 me d\u00e9manger s\u00e9rieusement&nbsp;!!<\/p>\n<p class=\"ox-dd458487dd-MsoNormal\">\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marianne est une triathl\u00e8te depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es au club de l&rsquo;ACBB triathlon.
