Puis \u00e0 34 ans, c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9clic. <b>\u00ab Je cours d\u00e9sormais un \u00e0 deux marathons par an, comme celui de New-York, en 2014. Il m&rsquo;arrive aussi de sortir 6 fois par semaine&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Des bin\u00f4mes voyants \/ non et mal-voyants<\/h3>\n<p>En plus d&rsquo;un niveau tr\u00e8s honorable en marathon (3h00), Lhoussain Benajam aide donc depuis 4 ans des non-voyants et mal-voyants dans la pratique de la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p>Voyant la photo d&rsquo;un guide lors <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-marathons-en-france\/\">d&rsquo;un marathon<\/a><\/strong>, en 2009, il se renseigne sur Internet. Loulou d\u00e9couvre le site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courir-en-duo.net\/pages\/index.php\"><strong>Courir-en-Duo<\/strong><\/a> avec lequel il collabore aujourd&rsquo;hui. Le but&nbsp;? Constituer des bin\u00f4mes voyants \/ non et mal-voyants. <b>\u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai rencontr\u00e9 des gens formidables<\/b>, explique le trentenaire.<b> Ce sont des moments de complicit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9passement de soi.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Courir avec son chien lorsque l&rsquo;on est mal-voyant, c&rsquo;est compliqu\u00e9. Mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une cordelette et un bon co\u00e9quipier, c&rsquo;est tout de suite plus adapt\u00e9 ! En tant que guide, Lhoussain Benajam permet ainsi de compenser certains manques, comme la gestion du rythme.
