Je n&rsquo;avais plus beaucoup de temps et j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de m&rsquo;y remettre s\u00e9rieusement. Je cours actuellement trois fois par semaine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quel est la raison qui t\u2019as motiv\u00e9 un 10 KM&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le 10km est une distance accessible assez rapidement (avec un peu d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement quand m\u00eame) du coup c&rsquo;est une premi\u00e8re marche pour aller un peu plus loin et se tester dans des conditions de courses. C&rsquo;est toujours galvanisant de se faire encourager m\u00eame si on est en queue de peloton !<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Je cours beaucoup sur route et j&rsquo;ai quand m\u00eame la chance d&rsquo;avoir une for\u00eat par chez moi je me mets donc \u00e0 la course sur chemin, l&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tant de migrer doucement sur du Trail.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec FREQUENCE Running&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration \u00e9tait assez digeste et pas trop contraignante car je connaissais ce type d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e7a m&rsquo;a permis de remettre le pied \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9trier.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">La pr\u00e9paration \u00e9tait assez digeste et pas trop contraignante<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<p><noscript><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-3226 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Romain-qui-courre-194x300.png\" alt width=\"290\" height=\"442\"><\/noscript><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-3226 aligncenter lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%22http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%22%20viewBox%3D%220%200%20290%20442%22%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" alt width=\"290\" height=\"442\" data-src=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Romain-qui-courre-194x300.png\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quels \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De tr\u00e8s bonnes sensations de course, vendredi lors de ma derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance du plan j&rsquo;\u00e9tais sur une moyenne de <strong>7&rsquo;0&Prime; au kilom\u00e8tre<\/strong> et je me suis dit mais comment je pourrais bien faire un bon temps ? Arriv\u00e9 sur la course l&rsquo;ambiance et le temps cl\u00e9ment ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 me transcender.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">J&rsquo;\u00e9tais sur une moyenne de 7&rsquo;0&Prime; au kilom\u00e8tre&nbsp; et je me suis dit mais comment je pourrais bien faire un bon temps?<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Secr\u00e8tement j&rsquo;esp\u00e9rais faire 57&prime;-58&prime; histoire d&rsquo;\u00eatre bien en dessous de l&rsquo;objectif initial de l&rsquo;application (<strong>59&rsquo;07&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> exactement) mais je me suis cal\u00e9 derri\u00e8re les meneurs d&rsquo;allure \u00e0 55&prime; et essay\u00e9 de tenir bon et j&rsquo;avoue m&rsquo;\u00eatre surpris du coup <strong>je signe un 54&rsquo;40&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> qui me motive \u00e0 aller chercher les 50&prime; dans un futur proche !<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais trois entra\u00eenements par semaine. Je me les pla\u00e7ais le mardi le vendredi et le dimanche dans la mesure du possible. Malheureusement j&rsquo;ai peu de personnes de mon entourage qui courent. Donc plut\u00f4t <strong>sortie longue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grasse mat&rsquo;<\/strong> un mot que je ne connais plus depuis que j&rsquo;ai des enfants \ud83d\ude02, mais j&rsquo;aime \u00e7a de temps en temps quand c&rsquo;est possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te Bolo<\/strong> forever ! Des que je mange un mcdo je suis malade et je le regrette !
