En effet il n&rsquo;y a rien de plus d\u00e9stabilisant que de chercher \u00e0 l\u2019arrache son t-shirt f\u00e9tiche un jour du course et de maudire le chargeur oubli\u00e9 au boulot alors qu\u2019il ne reste que&nbsp;<strong>5% de batterie sur la montre GPS<\/strong>, de retrouver vide&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/barre-goji\/\"><strong>la bo\u00eete de barres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;en pr\u00e9parant ses affaires le samedi \u00e0 21h (mais qui a bien pu manger la derni\u00e8re barre aux amandes du paquet, on se
