Au d\u00e9but, je courais pour mincir. Puis, par la suite, je me suis mise \u00e0 manger correctement pour courir mieux. Les mois passant, j\u2019ai eu envie d\u2019am\u00e9liorer mes temps. Je me qualifierai de coureuse consciencieuse. J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole qu\u2019arriver le jour de l\u2019interrogation sans avoir appris ma le\u00e7on \u00e9tait synonyme d\u2019un moment tr\u00e8s d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able. C\u2019est \u00e0 tout prix ce que je veux m\u2019\u00e9viter lors d\u2019une course \u00e0 pied en comp\u00e9tition. La cl\u00e9 d\u2019un bon moment, c\u2019est avant tout de s\u2019entra\u00eener avant d\u2019y aller, et de bien se conna\u00eetre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s2\">Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir un 10km ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Courir un 10 km, c\u2019est un peu la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, le premier pas pour aller plus loin. S\u2019am\u00e9liorer sur cette distance, c\u2019est aussi faire un premier pas pour s\u2019am\u00e9liorer sur des distances plus longues, et forc\u00e9ment, un jour, parvenir \u00e0 faire un marathon sans <strong>s\u2019imposer de courir plus de 5h\u2026<\/strong> voire plus de 6h. On proc\u00e8de \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape. Je ne suis pas adepte de la performance pour la performance. A mon stade, je veux m\u2019\u00e9viter de courir trop longtemps sur le marathon que je d\u00e9sire faire, pour ne pas que \u00e7a devienne une souffrance. Malheureusement, j\u2019habite\u2026 sur une butte, en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de Paris. Aussi, \u00e7a veut dire des c\u00f4tes, beaucoup de c\u00f4tes. Donc je cours principalement sur un stade. Apr\u00e8s, les courses en comp\u00e9tition me donnent l\u2019occasion de <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\"><strong>d\u00e9couvrir d\u2019autres endroits<\/strong><\/a> superbes pour courir&nbsp;: sans parler du luxe d\u2019arpenter les rues de Paris d\u00e9sert\u00e9es par les voitures, le Bois de Boulogne est g\u00e9nial, et le Bois de Vincennes aussi. Pendant les vacances, je profite \u00e9videmment des montagnes, des lacs\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s2\">Pour faire mon semi de Paris en mars dernier, j\u2019avais utilis\u00e9 un autre plan car il n\u2019y avait pas FREQUENCE Running, ou je ne connaissais pas. Tu ouvres ton application, tu as ton programme, tu fais confiance au petit coach qui te suit partout sur ton smartphone, et tu encha\u00eenes entrainements en endurance fondamentale, fractionn\u00e9s sans accumuler de fatigue. Pour faire mon semi de Paris en mars dernier, j\u2019avais utilis\u00e9 un autre plan car il n\u2019y avait pas FREQUENCE Running, ou je ne connaissais pas. Et je n\u2019avais qu\u2019une envie, c\u2019est que mon calvaire se termine. Ca s\u2019est sold\u00e9 par un <strong>2:40:08.<\/strong> J\u2019\u00e9tais contente d\u2019avoir termin\u00e9 (surtout la pr\u00e9paration), mais frustr\u00e9e par ce temps. <strong>L\u2019application m\u2019a chang\u00e9 la vie\u2026 j\u2019ai vu les progr\u00e8s au fil des semaines.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s2\">Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">La course a \u00e9t\u00e9 incroyable. J\u2019ai d\u00e9marr\u00e9 \u00e0 une allure entre 6\u201935 et 6\u201945min au kilom\u00e8tre, comme le pr\u00e9conisait le plan, et je n\u2019ai jamais, mais jamais senti que c\u2019\u00e9tait trop. C\u2019\u00e9tait juste la parfaite ad\u00e9quation entre ce que pr\u00e9conisait l\u2019appli et mes capacit\u00e9s. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement bluff\u00e9e de voir que je pouvais suivre ce rythme et encha\u00eener les kilom\u00e8tres. Je me sentais forte, confiante. <strong>Je doublais des gens&nbsp;!<\/strong> Ahah&nbsp;! \u00c7a peut para\u00eetre petit pour ceux qui font beaucoup plus vite, mais il faut voir d&rsquo;o\u00f9 <strong>j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9, \u00e0 8 min du kilom\u00e8tre<\/strong>\u2026Arriver \u00e0 ce rythme apr\u00e8s quelques mois pass\u00e9s avec l\u2019application (-2,5 min ai kilom\u00e8tre en r\u00e9alit\u00e9), c\u2019est juste incroyable.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s2\">Je me sentais forte, confiante. <\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>Je doublais des gens&nbsp;!<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3><span class=\"s2\">Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono&nbsp;?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Mon objectif de chrono sur le <strong>10km \u00e9tait de 1h10<\/strong>. Je voulais consolider mon RP pour pouvoir \u00eatre s\u00fbre de croire vraiment \u00e0 ce qui \u00e9tait en train de se passer. J\u2019\u00e9tais d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie d\u2019un temps de 1h22 aux 10km et en entra\u00eenement j\u2019ai bien augment\u00e9 mon allure. Finalement le jour de la course <strong>j\u2019ai fait 1:07:09<\/strong>. C\u2019est juste incroyable. Ca me donne beaucoup d\u2019espoir, parce que se mettre \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied \u00e0 37 ans d\u00e9j\u00e0, c\u2019est pas un luxe, mais en plus arriver \u00e0 faire des progr\u00e8s, je trouve \u00e7a formidable. \u00c7a me donne l\u2019espoir de parvenir \u00e0 courir <strong>10 km en 1h<\/strong> dans tr\u00e8s peu de temps, afin de m\u2019\u00e9viter de courir plus de <strong>5h sur le marathon l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s2\">Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Mon planning \u00e9tait \u00e9tal\u00e9 sur <strong>3 s\u00e9ances par semaine sur 12 semaines<\/strong>. Je n\u2019ai pas pu faire absolument toutes les s\u00e9ances, car durant les vacances j\u2019ai d\u00fb bouger parfois en voiture et \u00e0 certains moments \u00e7a se goupillait mal entre les r\u00e9unions de famille et les journ\u00e9es enti\u00e8res en voiture. Mais dans l\u2019ensemble, j\u2019ai quand m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 assidue. L\u2019application permet de bouger des s\u00e9ances, de les d\u00e9caler, de les inverser parfois aussi. C\u2019est cool.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s2\">Quels sont tes nouveaux objectifs avec l&rsquo;application pour cette saison&nbsp;?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">L\u2019application m\u2019emm\u00e8ne en ce moment m\u00eame sur le <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/preparez-vous-pour-le-semi-marathon-de-boulogne-billancourt\/\"><strong>semi de Boulogne<\/strong><\/a> qui se tiendra le 19 novembre. Ensuite, ce sera les 10 kms des 3 ponts \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans, o\u00f9 je souhaite passer sous la barre de <strong>1:05<\/strong>, puis\u2026 le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/tout-savoir-sur-le-marathon-de-paris\/\">marathon de Paris<\/a><\/strong> en avril prochain, donc en moins de 5h. Ca passe \u00e9videmment par le <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-secrets-pour-reussir-le-semi-marathon-de-paris\/\"><strong>semi de Paris<\/strong><\/a> en mars. Ensuite, ce sera les 100kms d\u2019Oxfam Trailwalker en mai, et les 23kms du Mont-Blanc en juin. On ne m\u2019arr\u00eate plus&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s2\">Pourquoi as-tu choisis de te pr\u00e9parer qu&rsquo;avec FREQUENCE Running ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">J\u2019ai choisi <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/\"><strong>FREQUENCE Running<\/strong><\/a> parce qu\u2019en deux mois et demi d\u2019utilisation, j\u2019en ai fait mon partenaire privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour la course \u00e0 pied. Bien s\u00fbr, j\u2019ai l\u2019application qui va avec ma montre, mais c\u2019est pas pareil. Finalement, ce dont je ne peux vraiment plus me passer c\u2019est FREQUENCE Running. Je lui fais enti\u00e8rement confiance et je sais que j\u2019irai plus vite et plus loin avec cette appli. Elle ne m\u2019a jamais pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 la surchauffe ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement, ce que j\u2019avais tendance \u00e0 faire avant. En gros, c\u2019est un bon moyen de performer, mais de se pr\u00e9server aussi.
