Mais il en fallait plus pour l&rsquo;arr\u00eater ! Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-marathon.html\"><strong>programme d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avec FREQUENCE Running<\/strong><\/a>, il r\u00e9alise une belle performance en <strong>3h07&rsquo;41<\/strong>. Un nouveau record \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 son palmar\u00e8s. Comp\u00e9titeur dans l&rsquo;\u00e2me, je me challenge r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour battre mes records perso. du 10km au marathon.&nbsp;J&rsquo;aime \u00e9norm\u00e9ment le c\u00f4t\u00e9 social du running, courir et encadrer des coureurs au sein d&rsquo;un groupe.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\">Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir ton marathon ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/tout-savoir-sur-le-marathon-vert-de-rennes\/\">marathon Vert de Rennes<\/a><\/strong> \u00e9tait une vraie revanche. Il y a 4 ans, je n&rsquo;ai pas pu prendre le d\u00e9part car je ne m&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas r\u00e9veill\u00e9. J&rsquo;avais trop fait la f\u00eate la veille avec les copains&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83d\ude02<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\">O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp;?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Parisien depuis 8 ans, mes terrains de jeux sont le parc de la Villette, les Buttes Chaumont, Montmartre, le stade de France ou le parc monceau, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/ou-courir-a-paris\/\">le choix est large<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\">Greg, comment as-tu&nbsp;v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration marathon avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">La pr\u00e9paration marathon avec l&rsquo;application a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 suivre car les s\u00e9ances \u00e9taient bas\u00e9es sur mon objectif de chrono. Je n&rsquo;ai pas cumul\u00e9 trop de fatigue par rapport \u00e0 un plan classique que je suis chaque ann\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Les s\u00e9ances sur piste ont \u00e9t\u00e9 difficiles \u00e0 faire, pour la simple raison que je n&rsquo;aime pas trop faire des tours de piste en boucle.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s1\">Je n&rsquo;ai pas cumul\u00e9 trop de fatigue par rapport \u00e0 un plan classique que je suis chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">J&rsquo;ai bien aim\u00e9 le fait d&rsquo;avoir <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/smoothie-proteine-antioxydants\/\"><strong>des conseils nutrition par bio c&rsquo; bon<\/strong><\/a>, certaines recettes sont tr\u00e8s bonnes et faciles \u00e0 faire. J&rsquo;ai effectu\u00e9 quelques sessions de renforcement propos\u00e9 par le programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 la fin de chaque session, le petit dipl\u00f4me et les f\u00e9licitations font du bien au moral. Le bilan et le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-calculer-sa-vma\/\">calcul de la VMA<\/a><\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s utiles pour re-calibrer parfois les s\u00e9ances que je faisais trop rapidement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 un mois du marathon, j&rsquo;ai eu une pneumonie qui a dur\u00e9 17 jours et j&rsquo;en ai mis 10 autres \u00e0 m\u2019en remettre. J&rsquo;ai repris l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement mais ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas une mince \u00e0 faire.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s1\">Je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas tr\u00e8s serein au d\u00e9part, mais apr\u00e8s quelques kilom\u00e8tres, j&rsquo;ai senti que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait facile et cela ne m&rsquo;a pas quitt\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin.<\/span><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\">Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Avec ma maladie, je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas tr\u00e8s serein au d\u00e9part, mais apr\u00e8s quelques kilom\u00e8tres, j&rsquo;ai senti que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait facile et cela ne m&rsquo;a pas quitt\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin. J&rsquo;avais peur des <strong>35 km,<\/strong>&nbsp;les crampes arrivent souvent sur cette partie de la course mais rien de tout \u00e7a. J&rsquo;ai fini mon marathon facilement et sans souffrir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\">Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour ton marathon ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 la base je voulais faire <strong>3:05,<\/strong>&nbsp;j&rsquo;avais un record en 3:08, ce qui me semblait coh\u00e9rent pour ce 9\u00e9me marathon. J&rsquo;ai quand m\u00eame gratt\u00e9 une petite minute sur mon pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent chrono gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running, soit 3:07:41. Je suis certain que j&rsquo;aurais pu me rapprocher des 3heures&nbsp;si je n&rsquo;avais pas \u00e9t\u00e9 malade. Je vais continuer \u00e0 utiliser l&rsquo;application pour mes prochains objectifs avec mon poulain.
