Parfait pour \u00e9viter le coup de barre et les risques d\u2019hypoglyc\u00e9mie en course&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd banane<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile de lin<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe de graines de lin et s\u00e9same broy\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019amandes, noix de cajou, graines de courge<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd citron<\/li>\n<li>3 fruits de saison au choix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p><em>Broyer les graines au moulin \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (on peut les broyer pour quelques jours \u00e0 l\u2019avance en les gardant au frais)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dans un bol, \u00e9craser la banane bien m\u00fbre \u00e0 la fourchette de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 la rendre presque liquide.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ajouter deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de d&rsquo;huile de lin bio, fouetter le m\u00e9lange comme une mayonnaise.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ajouter le jus d\u2019un 1\/2 citron press\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Compl\u00e9ter avec deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe du m\u00e9lange de graines de lin-s\u00e9same et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe du m\u00e9lange amande-cajou-courge.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Couper au moins 3 fruits en petits morceaux.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9langer le tout puis disposer les fruits sur le dessus.
