En quelques semaines, Julien gagne deux minutes sur 10km. Avant la course \u00e0 pied j\u2019ai fait beaucoup d\u2019escalade. \u00c0 la naissance de ma fille, j\u2019ai cherch\u00e9 un sport plus simple et plus rapide \u00e0 pratiquer. Avec le running, c\u2019est plus facile de s\u2019\u00e9chapper une heure \ud83d\ude42 Et depuis je me suis pris au jeu. Par contre j\u2019ai besoin de structure dans mes s\u00e9ances du coup j\u2019ai tr\u00e8s vite suivi des <strong>plans entra\u00eenements trouv\u00e9s dans des magazines ou sur le net<\/strong>. Depuis que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert FREQUENCE Running c\u2019est plus simple pas besoin de chercher des heures un plan et de faire des modifications en fonction de sa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-calculer-sa-vma\/\">VMA<\/a><\/strong> (vitesse maximale a\u00e9robie) ou de son planning. Je cours principalement sur les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">chemins autour de chez moi<\/a> <\/strong>et sur route lorsqu\u2019une course est organis\u00e9e pas loin. Mais ma r\u00e9gion se pr\u00eate plus aux trails et aux courses natures.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #083252;\">Depuis FREQUENCE Running pas besoin de chercher un plan et de le modifier en fonction de sa vma ou de son planning<\/span><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir ton 10km ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pour une raison simple : la course avait lieu dans ma ville et en plus c\u2019est une course sur route. C\u2019est h\u00e9las pour moi, une chose trop rare \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt dans ma r\u00e9gion. Apr\u00e8s j\u2019avoue que c\u2019est pas ma distance favorite. Mais comme je l\u2019ai dit pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment j\u2019aime courir sur la route ou plut\u00f4t dans ce cas sur des chemins. <strong>\u00c7a me permet de me d\u00e9connecter totalement et de ne plus penser \u00e0 rien<\/strong>. Alors que lorsque je vais courir sur un parcours trail, je dois \u00eatre bien plus attentif o\u00f9 je pose mes pieds. Mais bon, quelque soit le parcours je n\u2019ai pas \u00e0 me plaindre, je ne cours jamais en ville. Pas besoin de slalomer entre les pi\u00e9tons et m\u2019arr\u00eater tous les 20 m\u00e8tres \u00e0 cause des feux ou d\u2019une voiture.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration 10km avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai suivi <strong>plusieurs plans d\u2019entra\u00eenement avec FREQUENCE Running<\/strong>. J\u2019ai toujours du mal avec les s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9s mais c\u2019est plut\u00f4t normal. Mais une autre s\u00e9ance avec laquelle j\u2019ai du mal ce sont les s\u00e9ances d\u2019endurance fondamentale. <strong>Je n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 courir trop lentement<\/strong>. Mais une chose est s\u00fbre, c\u2019est que l\u2019application est \u00e0 chaque fois <strong>tomb\u00e9e juste sur le chrono<\/strong> que j\u2019allais faire.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">L&rsquo;application est \u00e0 chaque fois tomb\u00e9e juste sur le chrono que j&rsquo;allais faire.<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Je ne suis pas du genre \u00e0 <strong>stresser ou \u00e0 ne pas dormir la veille d\u2019une course<\/strong>. \u00c0 43 ans je ne r\u00eave pas de podium mais j\u2019essaie de faire le meilleur chrono possible tout en me faisant plaisir. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part mes sensations \u00e9taient bonnes, pourtant la course est partie relativement vite. Il faut dire qu\u2019il commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 pleuvoir et que le d\u00e9part avait \u00e9t\u00e9 diff\u00e9r\u00e9 de plusieurs minutes pour garantir notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9. J\u2019\u00e9tais dubitatif mais ma pr\u00e9paration c\u2019\u00e9tait bien pass\u00e9e . Au final j\u2019ai fait <strong>42\u201907 pour ces 10km<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Je cours entre 3 et 4 fois par semaine. J\u2019ai la chance de commencer \u00e0 travailler tard (10:00) du coup apr\u00e8s avoir pos\u00e9 ma fille \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, je file faire mes s\u00e9ances. Et puis comme beaucoup, je fais ma sortie longue le dimanche matin.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau nombre de semaines de pr\u00e9paration c\u2019est plus difficile \u00e0 dire car cet \u00e9t\u00e9 j\u2019ai fait pas mal de course et elles se sont encha\u00een\u00e9es avec peu de semaines intervalles. Du coup j\u2019ai eu pour cette course moins de trois semaines de pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">As-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 un nouveau plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avec l&rsquo;application ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Depuis d\u00e9but septembre, j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un groupe d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement du coup je n\u2019ai pas relanc\u00e9 de plan sur l\u2019application. Je voulais d\u2019abord voir comment se passaient les entra\u00eenements avec la team de papy coach en vue de la course La Caravanight.
