Chapeau ! Bien \u00e9videmment, ce jeune papa s&rsquo;est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 rigoureusement afin d&rsquo;atteindre ce bel objectif. Un programme \u00e9tabli sur 15 semaines au rythme de 4 s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires avec l&rsquo;application&#8230; FREQUENCE Running bien s\u00fbr. J&rsquo;ai fait pas mal de courses telles que 10km, semi, courses \u00e0 \u00e9tapes et je viens de boucler mon <strong>7\u00e8me marathon<\/strong>. En 6 ans je suis pass\u00e9 d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance &nbsp;\u00e0 quatre par semaine. Cela s&rsquo;est fait progressivement. J&rsquo;ai compris que la course \u00e0 pied ne s&rsquo;improvisait pas et que beaucoup de d\u00e9tails comptaient. Je suis pass\u00e9 par des blessures qui m&rsquo;ont bien appris \u00e0 \u00e9couter mon corps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">La course \u00e0 pied me convient, ayant une activit\u00e9 professionnelle qui me prend beaucoup de temps, je peux m&rsquo;organiser facilement. Idem pour la vie de famille qui n\u00e9cessite de faire des concessions par moments.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\">Et puis surtout j&rsquo;ai deux plaisirs : le premier est bien s\u00fbr de courir, en progressant sans cesse et en profitant de lieux sympas.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"s3\">Le second est la vie autour du running : l&rsquo;entente voire l&rsquo;entraide entre coureurs, ce sport individuel si partag\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il en devient presque collectif ! Un univers \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re avec tant de conseils et d&rsquo;informations \u00e0 communiquer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir ton marathon ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Mon 6\u00e8me marathon a \u00e9t\u00e9 compliqu\u00e9 (mai 2017 &#8211; Poitiers futuroscope). En janvier, j&rsquo;ai eu une hernie discale. 3 mois sans courir du tout. \u00c9tant inscrit je n&rsquo;y ai pas renonc\u00e9, fort de mon <strong>RP de Nice en 3h13 de novembre 2016<\/strong>. Mais avec seulement 4 semaines de pr\u00e9pa et avec la chaleur de cette journ\u00e9e, cela n&rsquo;a pas loup\u00e9, je n&rsquo;ai tenu que le 1er semi, pour finir en 3h39. &nbsp;J&rsquo;ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre les choses en mains et de m&rsquo;inscrire pour Metz, ce 8 octobre en faisant le maximum pour mettre toutes mes chances de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, et ainsi prendre ma revanche ! Au bout du 7\u00e8me il fallait que des r\u00e9sultats probants se manifestent enfin. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais ultra motiv\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp;? <\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Je cours la plupart du temps pr\u00e8s de chez moi, sur une longue piste cyclable qui longe un canal. La nature est pr\u00e9sente, c&rsquo;est calme, assez plat, et elle me permet de faire toutes mes sorties : aussi bien les fractionn\u00e9s que les sorties longues. <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\"><strong>J&rsquo;essaye de varier de temps en temps<\/strong>,<\/a> notamment certains midis quand je travaille. Et d\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage de l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running, j&rsquo;ai pu choisir un objectif (objectif ni prudent, ni challenge) au-del\u00e0 de mes esp\u00e9rances : <strong>3h07mn30.<\/strong> Mais j&rsquo;\u00e9tais rassur\u00e9 car l&rsquo;appli le propose en fonction de nos r\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Les premi\u00e8res sorties \u00e9taient une bonne mise en jambes et d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le plan a \u00e9t\u00e9 progressif et toujours dans le r\u00e9alisable. J&rsquo;avais choisi 4 sorties par semaine ce qui \u00e9tait une premi\u00e8re. J&rsquo;avais peur de ne pas r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer entre chaque s\u00e9ance et pourtant impeccable \u00e0 chaque sortie. Je n&rsquo;ai du coup d\u00e9cal\u00e9 aucune s\u00e9ance. J&rsquo;ai senti une r\u00e9elle progression rapidement et j&rsquo;ai gagn\u00e9 1km\/h de moyenne en 2 mois, ce qui m&rsquo;a permis m\u00eame de battre mon record sur un semi, tout \u00e7a \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement !! Et surtout d&rsquo;\u00eatre serein \u00e0 la fin de ma pr\u00e9paration en encha\u00eenant aussi bien et en courant si vite. &nbsp;Et m\u00eame si cela<\/span><span class=\"s2\">&nbsp;m&rsquo;a surpris j&rsquo;ai fait confiance au plan et \u00e0 ses sorties longues de maximum 1h45<\/span><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">Enfin l&rsquo;application met en avant des recettes, des produits, toujours int\u00e9ressants en compl\u00e9ment de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, des d\u00e9tails qui peuvent souvent faire la diff\u00e9rence.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">C&rsquo;est aussi \u00e7a la force de l&rsquo;application, les sorties mais aussi ce qu&rsquo;il y a \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><br>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Le premier semi a \u00e9t\u00e9 compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Les jambes \u00e9taient un peu lourdes et je courais pourtant moins vite qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. Du coup, je cogitais beaucoup, mais bizarrement j&rsquo;avan\u00e7ait bien malgr\u00e9 ces sensations. Et \u00e0 partir du 25\u00e8me je suis rentr\u00e9 dans la course r\u00e9ellement en me posant moins de questions tactiques. Je restais r\u00e9gulier mais je courrais plus vite. J&rsquo;ai eu peur de ne pas pouvoir tenir tout le long et \u00e0 ma grande surprise j&rsquo;ai pu envoyer jusqu&rsquo;au bout. Je suis mont\u00e9 \u00e0 une allure de plus de <strong>14 km\/h \u00e0 partir du 38\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre<\/strong>.&nbsp;Et les 300 derniers m\u00e8tres \u00e0 <strong>16 km\/h<\/strong> ! Les deux sont largement atteints ! Et \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de cela, passer sous la barre des 3h10 \u00e9tait \u00e9norme, sans compter le final qui fut une sensation incroyable.
