Quand vous prenez le d\u00e9part d\u2019une comp\u00e9tition, c\u2019est pour donner le meilleur de vous-m\u00eame ce qui induit d\u2019aller au-del\u00e0 de vos limites.<\/p>\n<p>Forc\u00e9ment \u00e7a engendre de la fatigue et n\u00e9cessite de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-bien-recuperer-apres-une-course\/\">r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi vous devez s\u00e9lectionner les courses afin d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 votre meilleur niveau&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p><u>La cadence que nous conseillons selon votre niveau :<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un coureur de bon niveau va rythmer sa saison avec des objectifs prioritaires (marathons et semi typiquement).
