Je me projette donc dedans et j\u2019en parle de plus en plus autour de moi. Je me renseigne, il para\u00eet que le marathon est le plus performant de France avec un d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement n\u00e9gatif, je me dis que je vais tenter un truc et que mon record est envisageable. Le poids de forme est au rendez-vous, je p\u00e8se d\u00e9sormais 60kg, c\u2019est que je dois \u00eatre aff\u00fbt\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Des doutes ?<\/h3>\n<p>Comme tous les coureurs, j\u2019ai un peu d\u2019appr\u00e9hension : vais-je assurer ? Repr\u00e9senter honorablement les couleurs de ma start-up FREQUENCE running ? faire un chrono ? Comment vais-je m\u2019hydrater, me ravitailler ? Dois-je prendre un camelbag, une bouteille \u00e0 la main, un li\u00e8vre ?? Bon, en fait, je ne suis pas si stress\u00e9 que cela. C\u2019est tout \u00e0 fait normal de se poser ce genre de question quand on s\u2019entra\u00eene depuis plus de 3 mois. Le principal, c\u2019est de prendre du plaisir \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement et de ne pas avoir de regret, et surtout d\u2019en prendre le jour de la course.
