{"id":2619,"date":"2017-10-19T15:13:36","date_gmt":"2017-10-19T13:13:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/?p=2619"},"modified":"2018-09-13T13:14:33","modified_gmt":"2018-09-13T11:14:33","slug":"preparez-vous-pour-le-semi-marathon-de-boulogne-billancourt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/preparez-vous-pour-le-semi-marathon-de-boulogne-billancourt\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e9parez-vous pour le semi-marathon de Boulogne-Billancourt !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des \u00e9normes \u00e9v\u00e8nements parisiens que sont les 20km de Paris, le semi de Paris o\u00f9 le Paris-Versailles qui affichent plus de 25 000 partants chacun, on pourrait croire que le <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.semi-marathonbb.fr\">semi-marathon de Boulogne-Billancourt<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>est une sympathique \u00e9preuve de banlieue parisienne&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Et pourtant dans la seconde ville d&rsquo;Ile de France par le nombre d&rsquo;habitants, on attend plus de<strong> 9 000 coureurs sur la ligne de d\u00e9part. <\/strong>Le semi de Boulogne f\u00eatera cette ann\u00e9e sa 22\u00e8me \u00e9dition le dimanche 18 novembre ! <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.semi-marathonbb.fr\/page\/72\/S_inscrire.html\">Qu&rsquo;attendez-vous pour vous lancer ?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OEfEkfRTrts\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9preuve est id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9e dans le calendrier au milieu de l&rsquo;automne, et dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;un parcours avec pour seule difficult\u00e9 un faux-plat montant, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 mi-parcours, dans le bois de Boulogne. Avec un d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 de seulement 63m, <strong>elle offre des conditions id\u00e9ales pour battre son record<\/strong>. En t\u00eate de course, on verra encore une fois les t\u00e9nors Kenyans et Ethiopiens aux avants postes. L&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e et le d\u00e9part du semi se feront au pied de l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel de ville.
