Je suis actuellement dans un club d&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme \u00e0 Ancenis. Auparavant j&rsquo;ai fait du foot pendant 20 ans.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quelle est la raison qui t\u2019a motiv\u00e9 a courir le 10km d&rsquo;Angers ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je n&rsquo;ai jamais fait de semi-marathon officiellement,&nbsp; par contre j&rsquo;ai couru plusieurs trails entre 13 \u00e0 34 km ainsi que des courses sur route. J&rsquo;ai un loup\u00e9 sur marathon qui s&rsquo;est fini au <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\"><strong>30\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre<\/strong><\/a>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\">Le fameux mur<\/a><\/strong>&#8230; Le semi-marathon de Varades \u00e9tant qu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 min de mon domicile, je me suis lanc\u00e9 sur cette nouvelle distance.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp;?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je cours essentiellement autour de ma campagne \u00e0 Le Fuilet dans le 49. J&rsquo;ai lanc\u00e9 l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ! Le soleil \u00e9tait au rendez vous, temp\u00e9rature id\u00e9ale et du jus dans les jambes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Je me suis pris un peu tard pour m&rsquo;inscrire. Il ne me restait que 4 semaines pour me pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 raison de 4 entrainements hebdomadaires.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour ton semi-marathon ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Je visais 1h35 en doutant fortement que je puisse faire ce chrono avec 4 semaines de pr\u00e9paration ! Tr\u00e8s satisfait de mon <strong>r\u00e9sultat final 1h37&rsquo;31<\/strong> \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Es-tu pr\u00eat \u00e0 repartir sur une nouvelle course avec FREQUENCE Running ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Malheureusement non, les plans trails n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas encore disponibles sur l&rsquo;application. Il me reste 3 courses de ce type avant la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.
