Le sucre est indispensable au sportif c&rsquo;est bien connu !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;C&rsquo;est vrai&#8230;mais pas compl\u00e8tement exact. Heureusement qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a plus de fraises \u00e0 cette saison \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;Et m\u00eame si le miel est meilleur nutritionnellement que le sucre raffin\u00e9, on l&rsquo;\u00e9vitera pour cette semaine. Vous ne serez pas \u00e9tonn\u00e9 d&rsquo;en trouver dans vos cookies favoris ou dans les sodas mais vous verrez qu&rsquo;on en trouve dans vos paquets de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 40% de sucre) les sauces, les plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, pl\u00e9thore de charcuteries,&nbsp;des pains de mie ou dans certaines conserves de l\u00e9gumes (si si !). Et m\u00eame quand les produits sont bio ce n&rsquo;est pas une garantie, loin de l\u00e0. Frais, secs ou en compote. Evitez seulement la confiture qui contient souvent 50% de sucre raffin\u00e9. &nbsp;M\u00e9fiez vous \u00e9galement des jus de fruits, regardez bien leur composition et privil\u00e9giez ceux ayant subi le moins de traitement : les 100% pur jus, frais et les moins filtr\u00e9s possible.<\/p>\n<p>Pas de souci \u00e9galement pour continuer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer pasta, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/recette-du-risotto-au-chorizo\/\">riz<\/a><\/strong>, semoule ou manger quelques morceaux pain. Le sujet n&rsquo;est pas de vous convertir au r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o. Mais il est int\u00e9ressant d&rsquo;essayer des produits complets ou semi-complets \u00e0 l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique plus bas et donc relativement moins sucr\u00e9s. Tartinez de beurre, d&rsquo;une pur\u00e9e de fruits ou de sal\u00e9 : fromage, poisson fum\u00e9, charcuterie. Mais pas de Nutella. Pour les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, choisissez bien vos produits car l&rsquo;immense majorit\u00e9 contient du sucre, y compris la majorit\u00e9 des muesli. Certains fabricants, notamment de muesli bio, proposent n\u00e9anmoins des produits moins transform\u00e9s et sans sucre, ou encore des produits bruts comme les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bio-c-bon.eu\/fr\/recettes_et_conseils\/conseils\/flocons-davoine-et-sport\"><strong>flocons d&rsquo;avoine<\/strong><\/a>. C&rsquo;est aussi le moment de se pencher sur les prot\u00e9ines au petit-d\u00e9jeuner qui ont un effet positif sur votre \u00ab&nbsp;famine&nbsp;\u00bb de fin de matin\u00e9e. Les nouvelles gammes de chocolat \u00ab&nbsp;cru&nbsp;\u00bb int\u00e8grent parfois des fruits secs \u00e0 la place du sucre pour garder un peu de douceur. &nbsp;Jetez-y un oeil si vous ne pouvez vous en passez !<\/p>\n<p>Mais r\u00e9duire de cette mani\u00e8re les sucres \u00ab&nbsp;cach\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb et raffin\u00e9s ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me pour votre sant\u00e9, bien au contraire. Votre corps va peut-\u00eatre mettre quelques jours \u00e0 s&rsquo;habituer, surtout pour les gros consommateurs, mais rien d&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tant. Et toute la famille peut s&rsquo;y mettre !
