Je veux dire par l\u00e0 que je suis un coureur amateur et que je cours avant tout pour mon plaisir, mais depuis que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert la comp\u00e9tition je ne cesse de me lancer de nouveaux challenges en m\u2019essayant \u00e0 tout type de courses&nbsp;: trails, courses \u00e0 obstacles et courses sur route plus ou moins longues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\">J\u2019avance surtout gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon mental et \u00e0 ma motivation. Si les jambes ne suivent plus la t\u00eate prend le relais et je ne suis pas du genre \u00e0 abandonner une course que j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir le semi-marathon de Cancale \/ St Malo ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\">Alors d\u00e9j\u00e0, j\u2019ai fait le semi-marathon, car j\u2019ai gagn\u00e9 le dossard gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un concours organis\u00e9 par<strong> FREQUENCE Running<\/strong>. Et ma motivation pour m\u2019aligner sur ce semi-marathon est que le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;semi que j\u2019ai fait, celui de Paris, ne s\u2019\u00e9tait pas tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9. Je manquais d\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur cette distance et en plus la m\u00e9t\u00e9o n\u2019\u00e9tait vraiment pas de notre c\u00f4t\u00e9 ce jour-l\u00e0. Et comme je n\u2019aime pas rester sur une mauvaise note, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de m\u2019aligner sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.semimarathoncancalesaintmalo.fr\/\"><strong>semi St-Malo\/Cancale<\/strong> <\/a>pour tenter de faire mieux que la 1\u00e8re fois. Mdr&nbsp;! Courir en ville n\u2019est pas d\u00e9rangeant pour moi, mais les pi\u00e9tons et les voitures peu civilis\u00e9s ne facilitent pas forc\u00e9ment mes d\u00e9placements. Cela peut parfois devenir aga\u00e7ant. Donc je dirai quand m\u00eame que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re courir en pleine nature. Quoi de mieux que de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux paysages tout en pratiquant ma passion pour le running.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">St\u00e9phane, comment tu as v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\">Ma pr\u00e9paration a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus optimale et mieux encadr\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019application <strong>FREQUENCE Running<\/strong>. Il est beaucoup plus facile de se motiver \u00e0 s\u2019entra\u00eener s\u00e9rieusement lorsqu\u2019on a un plan d\u2019entra\u00eenement pr\u00e9cis et bien planifi\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre. Il est moins facile de se trouver des excuses pour ne pas aller courir quand on a une application qui nous rappelle notre entra\u00eenement quotidien et notre objectif final.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\">Franchement tr\u00e8s bonnes. J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 mon rythme d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la course et j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 de m\u2019y tenir tout le long. Je profitais des descentes pour augmenter mon allure afin de compenser les pertes dans les nombreuses mont\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes sur le parcours. Je me suis senti tr\u00e8s bien au niveau cardio du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin par contre mes jambes avaient plus de mal \u00e0 suivre l\u2019encha\u00eenement des c\u00f4tes sur les 3-4 derniers kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour ton semi-marathon ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\">Etant donn\u00e9 que je n\u2019avais qu\u2019une seule r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur cette distance,&nbsp;mon objectif \u00e9tait de faire mieux que <strong>2h&rsquo;00&rsquo;50s<\/strong>. J\u2019estimais \u00eatre pass\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ce 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;semi-marathon donc je visais vraiment un meilleur temps. Mais je n\u2019avais pas imagin\u00e9 que je r\u00e9ussirais \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9liorer d\u2019autant et je suis tr\u00e8s fier de ma performance. Mon chrono \u00e9tant de <strong>1h49\u201938\u2019<\/strong>\u2019.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quel \u00e9tait ton planning et ton organisation d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-1dc1dd501b-MsoNormal\">Je m\u2019\u00e9tais fix\u00e9 4 s\u00e9ances minimum par semaine sur 1 mois \u00bd. J\u2019ai profit\u00e9 des vacances pour m\u2019entra\u00eener plut\u00f4t le matin car j\u2019aime bien le calme dans les rues. Les gens dorment encore et cela me met en forme pour le reste de la journ\u00e9e.
