Depuis deux semaines, le volume d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement a pas mal augment\u00e9. Je suis pass\u00e9 de 5 \u00e0 6 entra\u00eenements par semaine et mon kilom\u00e9trage hebdomadaire avoisine maintenant les 80 km. Bref, la fatigue commence \u00e0 se faire sentir et mes jambes tournent l&rsquo;allure marathon comme sur orbite : entre 4&rsquo;03 et 4&rsquo;08 au kilo. Je l&rsquo;ai cette allure, je la sens en moi d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;aller fractionner en sortie longue ou en fin de footing. Les s\u00e9ances du <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-marathon.html\"><strong>plan FREQUENCE Running<\/strong><\/a> sont parfaites car cette allure est rappel\u00e9e en permanence. J&rsquo;y crois !<\/p>\n<p>Dimanche dernier, longue s\u00e9ance de <strong>6x2km<\/strong> allure marathon que j&rsquo;ai du faire le lendemain d&rsquo;une soir\u00e9e d&rsquo;anniversaire bien arros\u00e9e (la mienne en fait ;-). Malgr\u00e9 la fatigue, les jambes ont bien r\u00e9pondu et j&rsquo;ai pu m&rsquo;enquiller 22 km sans p\u00e9pins et sans souffrance. J&rsquo;ai fait la s\u00e9ance au <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=UsQD0sAhlsE\">smart chrono<\/a><\/strong>, le brassard du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone au poignet pour mieux visualiser ma vitesse moyenne sur les fractions de 2000 m\u00e8tres. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait top ! Cette s\u00e9ance m&rsquo;a rassur\u00e9 sur mon niveau de forme.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, j&rsquo;ai une petite douleur au genou droit. Je pense qu&rsquo;il est temps pour moi de v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de mes chaussures. J&rsquo;envisage d\u00e8s maintenant d&rsquo;acheter une nouvelle paire que je roderai uniquement sur les footings inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 1H pendant 2 \u00e0 3 semaines. D&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, il faut bien une cinquantaine de bornes avant de les prendre en sortie longue ou comp\u00e9titions. On vous le rappelle d&rsquo;ailleurs dans l&rsquo;un des conseils de l&rsquo;application : <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/choisir-ses-chaussures\/\"><strong>ne changez pas de chaussure la veille de la course !<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de l&rsquo;alimentation, r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9olithique, je me nourris essentiellement de cueillette de fruits et de viandes, non je rigole \ud83d\ude09 mais j&rsquo;en suis pas loin. Les <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/ete-legumes-plutot-que-pastas\/\">&nbsp;l\u00e9gumes<\/a>, les <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/fruits-de-lete-coureur-a-pied\/\">fruits<\/a>&nbsp;et la viande blanche sont pr\u00e9sents quasiment tous les jours dans mon assiette et je fais attention \u00e0 bien m&rsquo;hydrater (au moins 1l d&rsquo;eau plate tous les jours en dehors des repas).<\/p>\n<p>Mercredi dernier, <strong>s\u00e9ance pyramidale 300-400-500-400-300<\/strong> \u00e0 une allure de reprise encha\u00een\u00e9e par 900 m de natation non loin de mon lieu de travail. Id\u00e9ale la piscine pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration surtout quand on a un associ\u00e9 triathl\u00e8te qui conna\u00eet bien les \u00e9ducatifs.<\/p>\n<p>Hier, <strong>4 fois 1500 m allure marathon<\/strong> (facile), sortie d&rsquo;endurance aujourd&rsquo;hui et 2H demain. Nous sommes avec Yoann (notre pr\u00e9sident) \u00e0 Colmar en tant que partenaire de l&rsquo;organisation du semi et du marathon. J&rsquo;en profiterai pour faire une partie de ma sortie longue demain \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion du semi.
