Ensuite, je me suis essay\u00e9 au triathlon. La course a pied \u00e9tant mon point faible, j&rsquo;essaye actuellement de travailler cette discipline. Je cours habituellement seul ce qui me permet de concilier&nbsp;travail et sport.&nbsp;Courir pour courir, \u00e7a n&rsquo;est pas trop mon truc. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re&nbsp;avoir un objectif de comp\u00e9tition&nbsp;et m\u2019entra\u00eener&nbsp;dans le but de r\u00e9aliser cet objectif. C&rsquo;est ce qui me motive.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><b>Q<\/b><strong>uelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir le semi-marathon de Cancale \/ St Malo ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cide de faire un semi-marathon pour deux raisons. Tout d&rsquo;abord, la saison des triathlons \u00e9tait dans une p\u00e9riode creuse et ensuite, je voulais un nouveau d\u00e9fi. N&rsquo;ayant jamais couru de semi-marathon, j&rsquo;y ai vu un objectif int\u00e9ressant.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><b>O\u00f9 aimes tu courir ?&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 ce niveau, je ne suis pas tr\u00e8s original. Les entra\u00eenements \u00e9taient adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 mon niveau. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser&nbsp;tous mes entra\u00eenements \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception d&rsquo;un seul. Je trouve int\u00e9ressant d&rsquo;avoir une vision sur la totalit\u00e9 du programme sans restriction. Et comme je disais, je n&rsquo;aime pas courir pour courir donc avoir un programme et une rigueur me motive.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour ton semi-marathon ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La course \u00e0 pied n&rsquo;est pas mon fort donc c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un peu l&rsquo;inconnu pour moi. Je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais fix\u00e9 comme objectif 1h40 sur le semi-marathon. J&rsquo;ai finalement fait 1h45, mais je suis satisfait \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que le parcours \u00e9tait difficile avec beaucoup de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 (200m). J&rsquo;imagine que mon temps aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 plus proche de mon objectif sur un parcours plat.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton planning et ton organisation d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Mon plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e9tait sur 1 mois et demi \u00e0 raison de 3 entra\u00eenements par semaine. Je courrais essentiellement aux alentours de Caen sur des routes bitum\u00e9es et sur les pistes d&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme pour les s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai aussi pu profiter d&rsquo;une semaine de vacances sur Argel\u00e8s pour courir en&nbsp;montagne.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Es-tu pr\u00eat \u00e0 repartir sur une nouvelle course avec FREQUENCE Running ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr ! C&rsquo;est m\u00eame d\u00e9j\u00e0 programm\u00e9. Je compte courir le 10km de Mondeville au mois d&rsquo;octobre.
