Peu importe, car si on en trouve sur les \u00e9tals quasiment toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est sa vraie saison qui commence et vous devriez r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 trouver des tomates de plein terre et ayant vu le soleil d&rsquo;un peu plus pr\u00e8s. Crue elle vous hydrate, apporte fibre et les min\u00e9raux dans vos salades, soupes froides. Cuites, elle donnera du go\u00fbts \u00e0&nbsp;vos plats mijot\u00e9s et se d\u00e9guste sous de multiples formes : farcies, au four \u00e0 la proven\u00e7ale,&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">2.&nbsp;La courgette<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Pauvre en calories mais riche en antioxydants, on la rencontre le plus souvent verte et longue, mais existe aussi ronde, jaune, violette, et la cuisine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne permet de consommer ses fleurs en beignets. Pour changer et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ses vitamines, tentez la en crudit\u00e9s, coup\u00e9es en lamelles ou en fine lamelles.
