La fraise a couronn\u00e9 la fin du printemps, les cerises vous r\u00e9galent depuis quelques semaines et c&rsquo;est d\u00e9sormais les fruits jaunes qui prennent le relais.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cuits, ils embellissent vos tartes, clafoutis, crumbles et autres confitures. La p\u00eache<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Riche en potassium, l\u00e9g\u00e8re en calories c&rsquo;est le partenaire id\u00e9al du coureur. On la trouve dans tous les magasins. La Reine Claude<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Verte mais juteuse et gorg\u00e9e de sucre, encore une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de prune bien fran\u00e7aise. Reine du sud-ouest, faites le plein cet \u00e9t\u00e9 et tentez le clafoutis au reine-claude pour un dessert simple et efficace.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">7. La framboise<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Riche en anti-oxydant et vitamine C, c&rsquo;est la cure de jouvence de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. Attention, ce fruit est fragile donc \u00e0 consommer rapidement nature ou par exemple m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 un fromage blanc et du miel pour un dessert gourmand et vitamin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">8.
