Le midi au boulot avec les coll\u00e8gues en d\u00e9connant et le week-end sortie longue avec la musique. Apr\u00e8s je fais deux-trois courses dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. J&rsquo;avoue \u00eatre devenu addict. Pour d\u00e9finir le truc je vais paraphraser un chroniqueur de \u00ab&nbsp;globe-runner&nbsp;\u00bb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pour moi, le running est la plus importante des choses secondaires.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir un marathon ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le semi c&rsquo;\u00e9tait la suite normale et puis je voulais suivre les coll\u00e8gues, les entendre en parler \u00e7a me d\u00e9mangeait m\u00eame si la distance faisait peur. L&rsquo;envie d&rsquo;\u00eatre un<strong>&nbsp;Finisher<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus forte.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Partout tant qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas trop de voitures. J&rsquo;aime bien les chemins propres en for\u00eat et aussi le bord de mer en vacances.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>La pr\u00e9pa marathon s&rsquo;est bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9e. Les s\u00e9ances passaient bien. L&rsquo;appli est bien faite et permet d&rsquo;ajuster les s\u00e9ances. Apr\u00e8s le semi planifi\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 dans le dur. &nbsp;J&rsquo;avais am\u00e9lior\u00e9 mon temps de 5 minutes pour passer sous les 1h35&prime;. Mais j&rsquo;ai souffert apr\u00e8s, je ne voulais pas ralentir le rythme. Je pense avec le recul que je serais arriv\u00e9 plus frais au marathon. Avec mon pote Yoann (pr\u00e9par\u00e9 aussi avec FREQUENCE Running) on a atteint les 25km sur le rythme de 3h30, mais on a rel\u00e2ch\u00e9 parce qu&rsquo;on sentait que \u00e7a allait \u00eatre dur \u00e0 maintenir. Perte du Bluetooth et plus de musique aux 30km dur, dur. J&rsquo;ai eu les encouragements de ma femme et de mes petits aux 32 et 35 \u00e7a file un bon coup de boost (mon grand m&rsquo;a dit \u00ab&nbsp;allez papa mets la gomme&nbsp;\u00bb mais \u00e7a faisait longtemps que y&rsquo;en avait plus&nbsp;). &nbsp;\u00c0 partir du 37\u00e8me j&rsquo;ai vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 dans le dur. Arr\u00eat \u00e0 tous les ravitos, envie de vomir. Finish au moral, je croyais que ma montre \u00e9tait morte tellement que les m\u00e8tres ne d\u00e9filaient pas vite. Apr\u00e8s faire mieux que les potes&nbsp;et accessoirement 3h45&prime;. <strong>Le chrono de l&rsquo;appli en 3h30<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9tait trop ambitieux.
