Notre course report en Normandie !<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 un triathl\u00e8te dans la bande en pr\u00e9sence de Guillaume, pratiquant depuis une douzaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e sur diff\u00e9rents formats, du Sprint \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ironman.<\/p>\n<p>Le triathlon de Fains, en Normandie, \u00e9tait l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;initier Yoann sur le format S avec 750m de nat, 22km de v\u00e9lo et 5km \u00e0 pied. Ca frotte un peu dans le paquet de nageur mais le faible nombre de concurrents \u00e9vite la bagarre. Pensez \u00e0 un triathlon avec 1500 coureurs pour avoir une id\u00e9e du bazar que cela peut \u00eatre !<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.guide-piscine.fr\/activites-aquatiques\/triathlon\/la-sortie-a-l-australienne-en-triathlon-3073_A\">Sortie \u00e0 l&rsquo;australienne<\/a> \u00e0 mi-parcours, histoire de reprendre son souffle et \u00e7a repart pour une seconde boucle. Yoann est au milieu du peloton, et ne faiblit pas. Yoann sur son terrain de pr\u00e9dilection reprend un \u00e0 un les concurrents devant lui.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, il termine cette partie en <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>21&rsquo;20<\/strong><\/span>, 2\u00e8me chrono \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p>Temps final : 1h22, 20\u00e8me \u00e0 13mn du premier.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s belle performance pour une premi\u00e8re. Marianne termine elle en 1h45.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Un format plus long pour Guillaume<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>C&rsquo;est au tour de la centaine de concurrents du M de s&rsquo;\u00e9lancer. Au programme ; trois boucles de nat, deux boucles v\u00e9lo et deux tours \u00e0 pied. Guillaume est bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en natation avec plusieurs swimrun cette saison.<\/p>\n<p>Il part devant, et effectue \u00e0 bloc les 1500m, en 21&prime; et \u00e0 quelques minutes des premiers. Transition rapide, et sortie en 13\u00e8me position du parc \u00e0 v\u00e9lo.<\/p>\n<p>Les jambes sont bonnes. Les 26km quotidiens de v\u00e9lo pour l&rsquo;aller-retour vers l&rsquo;incubateur de FREQUENCE running ont permis de faire du kilom\u00e9trage b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Quelques gros rouleurs le remontent mais les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts sont limit\u00e9s et le v\u00e9lo est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 au bout d&rsquo;1h21, \u00e0 la 20\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p>Place au 10km, sous le soleil qui commence \u00e0 pointer son nez. L&rsquo;allure est bonne mais la c\u00f4te fait tr\u00e8s mal, \u00e7a tire sur le tendon d&rsquo;Achille. R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration dans la descente et le second tour est entam\u00e9.
