Le swimrun prenait ce week-end ses quartiers autour du lac d&rsquo;Annecy. Le<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">s conditions de course \u00e9taient plut\u00f4t bonnes avec un grand soleil et une organisation d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s carr\u00e9e pour une premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition.<br>\nUne fois \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour le swimrun, \u00e0 savoir une combi, des chaussures de trail, un pull-buy, des plaquettes et une corde pour s&rsquo;aider en natation et dans les c\u00f4tes. Le bin\u00f4me Guillaume et Bruno s&rsquo;est \u00e9lanc\u00e9 pour 35km de trail avec 2100m de D+, et environ 5,5km de natation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">D&rsquo;abord, cela commen\u00e7ait par une natation de 800m \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 froid&nbsp;\u00bb et aux bousculades dignes d&rsquo;un <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/frequence-running-triathlon\/\"><strong>triathlon<\/strong><\/a>.
