On peut dire que chaque chaussure a son utilit\u00e9&nbsp;\ud83d\ude09 Si vous vous entra\u00eenez sur le bitume, vous pouvez choisir une chaussure avec un bon grip, mais pas n\u00e9cessairement de maintient sp\u00e9cial. Or, si vous avez l&rsquo;habitude de faire plus de 70% de votre pr\u00e9paration en montagne ou en chemin escarp\u00e9, il faudra vous orienter vers un mod\u00e8le trail, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire avec une semelle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&rsquo;une bonne accroche.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le port de semelles ou non<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une autre variable sous-estim\u00e9e \u00e0 tord est le port de semelles orthop\u00e9diques. Il est important si vous en portez, de vous procurer un mod\u00e8le de chaussure de course \u00e0 pied neutre. En effet, un probl\u00e8me d&rsquo;alignement de la cheville lors de la pratique est la cause premi\u00e8re de l&rsquo;apparition de la periostite tibiale chez le coureur. Il est donc important de ne pas n\u00e9gliger cet aspect. Les semelles restant la meilleure alternative pour corriger une mauvaise pose de pied devant les chaussures \u00e0 correction de pronation. En effet, les premi\u00e8res sont faites pour votre pied, et sont donc plus efficaces.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Les param\u00e8tres compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 suivre :&nbsp;<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Le pied a tendance \u00e0 gonfler lors de la pratique. Nous vous conseillons donc de choisir votre paire de running avec une pointure suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la pointure habituelle.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant les marques vers lesquelles vous tourner, il n&rsquo;y a pas de marques mieux ou moins bien. Certaines seront sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le trail, d&rsquo;autres plut\u00f4t sur la route&#8230; C&rsquo;est \u00e0 vous de voir selon vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et votre exp\u00e9rience.
