J\u2019ai besoin d\u2019un objectif pour effectuer 2 \u00e0 3 sorties par semaine. J\u2019aime \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e et conseill\u00e9e dans mes s\u00e9ances pour pouvoir progresser et donner le meilleur de moi le jour de l\u2019\u00e9preuve.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir un 10km&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de courir mon premier 10km par curiosit\u00e9. Puis j\u2019ai voulu m\u2019am\u00e9liorer et encore plus m\u2019am\u00e9liorer. Et j\u2019ai toujours l\u2019impression de pouvoir courir mieux ou m\u2019appliquer plus dans ma pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Dans un environnement naturel comme un parc ou un chemin de terre, mais parfois j\u2019aime m\u2019aventurer dans la ville ou bien sur une piste d\u2019athl\u00e9tisme pour les s\u00e9ances sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Comment as tu&nbsp;v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assez douces et exigeantes en m\u00eame temps. Malgr\u00e9 les efforts je n\u2019ai pas eu l\u2019impression de souffrir comme dans mes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes pr\u00e9parations. J\u2019avoue, parfois m\u00eame j\u2019ai cru que les s\u00e9ances \u00e9taient trop l\u00e9g\u00e8res. Apres j\u2019ai compris qu\u2019elles \u00e9taient juste adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 moi.<\/p>\n<p>Apres chaque sortie j\u2019ai eu une satisfaction. Puis avec curiosit\u00e9 et une certaine impatience j\u2019ai regard\u00e9 mes s\u00e9ances suivantes.<\/p>\n<p>Bien sur j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 certaines s\u00e9ances plus que les autres. Mais le programme \u00e9tait diversifi\u00e9, ce qui m\u2019a permis de retrouver mes s\u00e9ances pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es. De plus la fonction \u00ab&nbsp;permuter les s\u00e9ances&nbsp;\u00bb, dont je me suis souvent servie m\u2019a permis d\u2019ajuster les trainings \u00e0 mes dispositions.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Tout au long de mon \u00e9preuve, je n\u2019ai pas ressenti la grosse fatigue ni l\u2019\u00e9puisement total.&nbsp;Surprise, j\u2019ai senti mes jambes l\u00e9g\u00e8res, faisant des grandes foul\u00e9es avec une immense rapidit\u00e9, comme jamais auparavant.&nbsp;Mon rythme \u00e9tait r\u00e9gulier. Bien s\u00fbr j\u2019ai pu acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer pendant les derniers km.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour le 10km&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Mon but \u00e9tait de parcourir les 10 km en 57 min. Ce que j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 10 secondes pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ance et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Deux mois de pr\u00e9paration avec 2 ou 3 s\u00e9ances par semaine.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Es-tu pr\u00eate \u00e0 repartir sur une nouvelle course avec FREQUENCE Running ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Yes&nbsp;!
