Les s\u00e9ances \u00e9taient bien adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 mon niveau, aucune g\u00eane ou douleur ressenties durant le plan d&rsquo;entrainement et le fait de pouvoir permuter les s\u00e9ances est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La course s&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9, apr\u00e8s \u00eatre sorti du trafic, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 garder une vitesse constante durant les 8 premiers kilom\u00e8tres. J&rsquo;ai termin\u00e9 les deux derniers en ayant un peu acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les sensations \u00e9taient bonnes, les kilom\u00e8tres s\u2019encha\u00eenaient bien sans que la douleur prenne le dessus ! Je n&rsquo;ai donc pas eu \u00e0 baisser mon rythme de course.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour ton 10km ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mon objectif premier \u00e9tait de battre mon record personnel qui \u00e9tait de <span style=\"color: #083252;\"><strong>41&rsquo;40<\/strong><\/span> et le second \u00e9tait de descendre sous la barre des 40 minutes.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #083252;\"><strong>R\u00e9sultat, je termine en 39&rsquo;55<\/strong><\/span> !! Tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s heureux. Agr\u00e9able de voir que le travail&nbsp;<wbr>paie et que l&rsquo;on ne va pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour rien.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ance et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mon planning \u00e9tait de 4 s\u00e9ances par semaine pendant 4 semaines.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Pr\u00eat \u00e0 repartir sur une pr\u00e9pa avec FREQUENCE Running ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Oui, j&rsquo;utilise actuellement mon deuxi\u00e8me plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour l&rsquo;ekiden du parc de sceaux en Juin.
