Objectif : faire moins de 1H30 ! Retour sur sa pr\u00e9paration et la course.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Je suis un coureur tr\u00e8s inconstant ! Je peux ne pas courir pendant des mois. Seul la motivation d&rsquo;une course me met \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement ! Je me fixe un objectif un peu difficile (r\u00e9ussi ou pas) et c&rsquo;est parti.<\/p>\n<p>Sinon par rapport \u00e0 mes habitudes de course, je m&rsquo;entra\u00eene souvent seul mais il m&rsquo;arrive de courir avec des coll\u00e8gues ou ma s\u0153ur. En musique ou sans, dans des parcs, bois.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui t&rsquo;as d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer un semi-marathon ?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Je souhaitais tester mon endurance sur 21km, cela faisait 1 an que cette distance me titillait ! Avant 2017, je n&rsquo;avais couru qu&rsquo;une fois 16km \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. Plus longue course : Foul\u00e9es du tram 2015 <span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">(14,5 km en 59&rsquo;53).&nbsp;<\/span>De plus, l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement des foul\u00e9es de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9phant est top !
