Quand on s&rsquo;inscrit \u00e0 une course, l&rsquo;objectif de tous est de<strong> franchir la ligne d&rsquo;arriver<\/strong>. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne appel\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/reference-trail.fr\/dnf-une-course-ca-veut-vraiment-dire-quoi-et-comment-faire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DNF<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb (<strong>Did not finish<\/strong>) fait parti de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience running et reste un sujet tabou. Des premi\u00e8res courses locales, aux comp\u00e9titions mythiques. Beaucoup y voient un \u00e9chec personnel, la peur du regard des autres. Pourtant, abandonner peut \u00eatre un <strong>acte de lucidit\u00e9 et non de faiblesse<\/strong>. Au <a href=\"https:\/\/reference-trail.fr\/plus-de-4000-abandons-au-marathon-de-paris-2025-que-sest-il-passe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">marathon de Paris 2025<\/a>, on compte <strong>7%<\/strong> d&rsquo;abandons et plus de <strong>30%<\/strong> pour certaines \u00e9preuves de trail telle que l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.montriathlon.fr\/actualite\/abandons-UTMB-2025_a434\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UTMB<\/a>. \ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\u200d\u27a1\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article vise \u00e0 mieux comprendre l&rsquo;abandon,<strong> lever la culpabilit\u00e9<\/strong> qui l&rsquo;entoure et proposer des solutions adapt\u00e9es. Surtout pour les <strong>\u00e9preuves exigeantes et les ultra-trail.<\/strong> A l<a href=\"https:\/\/reference-trail.fr\/utmb-2025-33-dabandon-les-chiffres-officiels-reveles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&lsquo;UTMB<\/a> 2025, <strong>33%<\/strong> des 2492 coureurs n&rsquo;ont pas franchi la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. <a href=\"https:\/\/morning-sport.com\/2025\/01\/08\/diagonale-des-fous-plongee-dans-les-statistiques-hallucinantes-dun-ultra-trail-de-175-km-avec-10-150-m-de-denivele-et-un-taux-dabandon-de-40\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A la diagonale des fous<\/a> 2025, un ultra-trail de 175km, en moyenne<strong> 40%<\/strong> des participants abandonnent.
