Ce fut une catastrophe\u2026 Les 12 derniers km furent tr\u00e8s difficiles, avec des crampes sur les cuisses m\u2019obligeant \u00e0 marcher et \u00e0 terminer \u00ab au mental \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Comment as-tu trouv\u00e9 le programme FREQUENCE Running qui t&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Suite \u00e0 mon exp\u00e9rience l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u00e9sastreuse sur mon 1\u1d49\u02b3 marathon, j\u2019ai cherch\u00e9 une application pouvant m\u2019aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer au mieux un marathon et, apr\u00e8s plusieurs essais, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert en 2018 FREQUENCE Running, et l\u00e0, tout a chang\u00e9. J\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marathonducharolais.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">marathon du Charolais<\/a> (celui que j\u2019avais fait lors de mon tout premier marathon) avec l\u2019application en 3 h 45 et, je bouclais les 42,195 km en 3 h 46.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ce qui m\u2019a encore plus confort\u00e9 dans mon choix et ma confiance en FREQUENCE Running et depuis, je pr\u00e9pare tous mes marathons avec l\u2019application en \u00e9tant toujours proche du chrono vis\u00e9. Par exemple, en 2021, le marathon de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour 3 h 36 et arriv\u00e9 en 3 h 37. En 2022, le marathon de La Rochelle pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour 3h30 et arriv\u00e9 en 3h28. En 2024, le marathon de Paris pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour 3 h 30 et arriv\u00e9 en 3 h 26, et celui de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour 3 h 22 et arriv\u00e9 en 3 h
