Au d\u00e9part sans objectif, juste&nbsp;parce que j&rsquo;avais besoin \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 d&rsquo;un sport sans contraintes horaires, accessible et qui correspondait \u00e0 mon besoin de me d\u00e9fouler.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a un an, le plaisir de courir grandissant,&nbsp;j&rsquo;ai eu&nbsp;l&rsquo;envie de vraiment m&rsquo;investir s\u00e9rieusement et de&nbsp;progresser. Je me suis fix\u00e9e des objectifs ambitieux pour me booster. Je suis entr\u00e9e dans une vraie d\u00e9marche d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me renseigner autour de moi pour r\u00e9colter un maximum d&rsquo;infos pour aller dans ce sens, en autodidacte.<\/p>\n<p>Je m\u2019entra\u00eene souvent seule, mais les footings plaisir&nbsp;avec les copains restent indispensables ! C&rsquo;est avant tout un sport qui me vide la t\u00eate et me permet de partager des moments sportifs avec beaucoup de monde.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le de la course, je fais aussi plusieurs heures de crossfit par semaines.<\/p>\n<h6><strong><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir un marathon ?<\/span>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mon tout premier objectif \u00e9tait la course des <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/plan-entrainement-20km-de-paris\/\">20km de Paris<\/a><\/strong> 2016. Elle repr\u00e9sentait un gros d\u00e9fi \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 pour moi qui n&rsquo;avait jamais couru plus de 12km. Je m&rsquo;arrange pour trouver des endroits qui correspondent \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement que j&rsquo;ai \u00e0 faire, sans avoir besoin de passer par la piste. J&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir une programmation personnalis\u00e9e qui m&rsquo;a sans aucun doute permis de progresser. J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;ailleurs&nbsp;pu prendre conscience de ces progr\u00e8s sur un semi-marathon officiel <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5k-ou-10k-avant-un-marathon\/\">en milieu de programme<\/a><\/strong> qui s&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Certains entra\u00eenements me paraissaient difficiles sur le papier, au del\u00e0 de mes capacit\u00e9s, mais j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 valider toutes les s\u00e9ances dans lesquelles je me suis lanc\u00e9e.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;application m&rsquo;a progressivement fait sortir de ma zone de confort. Elle a d\u00e9cupl\u00e9e mes comp\u00e9tences et mon mental. Elle m&rsquo;a permis de rester motiv\u00e9e pendant la p\u00e9riode hivernale o\u00f9 il n&rsquo;est pas toujours facile de sortir courir sous la pluie, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-conseils-pour-courir-la-nuit\/\">par 0 degr\u00e9s ou quand il fait encore nuit<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait d&rsquo;avoir des s\u00e9ances \u00e9tablies \u00e0 valider, un programme \u00e0 suivre motive&nbsp;\u00e0 se bouger quand on resterait bien au chaud sous sa couette. On passe les \u00e9tapes les unes par unes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 arriver au jour J. On se sent toujours aller de l&rsquo;avant m\u00eame pendant les jours&nbsp;de petite forme.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>J&rsquo;ai aussi&nbsp;beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la flexibilit\u00e9 du programme qui s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 nos contraintes&nbsp;et aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements ind\u00e9sirables. Je me suis bless\u00e9e deux mois avant le marathon, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb annuler plusieurs s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan s&rsquo;est adapt\u00e9 automatiquement et m&rsquo;a rassur\u00e9 par des messages motivants alors que je perdais confiance.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Les vingts premiers kilom\u00e8tres sont pass\u00e9s tr\u00e8s rapidement et tranquillement. Je maintenait le rythme conseill\u00e9 par l&rsquo;appli en gardant un oeil sur ma montre, en me rappelant de ne surtout pas vouloir acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer malgr\u00e9 la facilit\u00e9 de cette allure.<\/p>\n<p>Les choses se sont cors\u00e9es autour du 25\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre. En effet, les jambes sont devenues tr\u00e8s lourdes, douloureuses, chaque pas est devenu un effort. J&rsquo;ai tout de m\u00eame r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 garder mon allure. Le moral en a pris un coup. Je ne pensais pas avoir des difficult\u00e9s avant le fameux <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\">\u00ab&nbsp;mur&nbsp;\u00bb du 30\u00e8me<\/a><\/strong> et j&rsquo;avais peur que ce soit pire quand il arriverait. Finalement, l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de fatigue intense est pass\u00e9. J&rsquo;avais pass\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances difficiles o\u00f9 j&rsquo;\u00e9tais toujours arriv\u00e9e au bout, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais pr\u00eate mentalement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le soutien des spectateurs, l&rsquo;ambiance et les rencontres avec les autres coureurs m&rsquo;ont aussi beaucoup apport\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai v\u00e9cu une exp\u00e9rience inoubliable et j&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e avec beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9motion.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>J&rsquo;\u00e9tais fi\u00e8re d&rsquo;avoir couru ces 42 km qui me paraissaient impossibles il y a a peine un an et d&rsquo;avoir tenu ces longues semaines de pr\u00e9paration.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour le marathon de Nantes&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Mon objectif \u00e9tait de franchir la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e pour ce premier marathon. \u00c7a me paraissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 un gros d\u00e9fi lorsque j&rsquo;ai pris mon dossard. J&rsquo;ai quand m\u00eame rentr\u00e9 un objectif de 4h25&nbsp;sur FREQUENCE Running. Un chrono volontairement&nbsp;au del\u00e0 de mes esp\u00e9rances, pour me forcer \u00e0 sortir de ma zone de confort.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Finalement, je fini mon premier marathon en 4h33. Pratiquant un autre sport environ 7h par semaine, je ne pouvais pas faire plus de sorties.
