Il faut donc miser sur <strong>la coh\u00e9rence et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/strong>. Trois \u00e0 quatre s\u00e9ances bien cibl\u00e9es valent souvent mieux que six sorties improvis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>\ud83d\udd4a\ufe0f Exemple de semaine type (3 \u00e0 4 s\u00e9ances)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de d&rsquo;organiser sa semaine d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement notamment lorsqu&rsquo;on \u00e0 un emploi du temps charg\u00e9. Voici \u00e0 quoi ressemble une semaine type :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lundi<\/strong> : Repos ou s\u00e9ance de <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/circuit-training-renforcement-musculaire-complet-sans-materiel\/\">renforcement musculaire<\/a> l\u00e9ger \/ yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mardi<\/strong> : <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/seance-fractionne-30-30\/\">S\u00e9ance de fractionn\u00e9<\/a> (vitesse ou c\u00f4tes selon l\u2019objectif).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jeudi<\/strong> : Sortie en endurance fondamentale (45\u201375 min tranquilles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Samedi ou dimanche<\/strong> : Sortie longue \u00e0 allure contr\u00f4l\u00e9e.
