A part un 10 km couru en 2023, Il n&rsquo;avait jamais pratiqu\u00e9 la course \u00e0 pied s\u00e9rieusement. Le 13 Avril, il a couru le marathon de Paris apr\u00e8s s&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec FREQUENCE Running et il nous raconte tout.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\">Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h2>\n<p>Je n\u2019avais jamais vraiment couru avant le marathon. La seule course que j\u2019avais faite, c\u2019\u00e9tait un 10k en 2023. Mon sport pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 est le VTT et les sports d\u2019endurance pure ne m\u2019avaient jamais vraiment int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Je ne pensais vraiment pas pouvoir prendre du plaisir en course \u00e0 pied. L&rsquo;encha\u00eenement des descentes et mont\u00e9es autour du 25\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre a rendu la fin de la course difficile. J\u2019ai fait le reste de la course en fractionnant marche et course. Quand j\u2019ai senti les difficult\u00e9s j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 me pr\u00e9server car il restait&nbsp; encore 17km. Finalement, je suis vraiment content d\u2019avoir r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 atteindre mon objectif et d\u2019avoir termin\u00e9 ce marathon avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em><strong>\u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019exp\u00e9rience est m\u00e9morable.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Comment as-tu trouv\u00e9 le programme FREQUENCE Running qui t&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement est vari\u00e9 et permet donc de faire des sorties plus ou moins longues et des s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9. Cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vite la monotonie dans les sorties et permet de rester motiv\u00e9 tout au long de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. Sans ce type de plan, je suis s\u00fbr que je n\u2019aurais jamais r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 finir le marathon dans les m\u00eames conditions. L\u2019application mobile permet de s\u2019adapter aux contraintes du quotidien. Il est facile de d\u00e9placer, supprimer ou remplacer des s\u00e9ances. J\u2019ai parfois eu des petites douleurs et j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 remplacer certaines sorties par du v\u00e9lo.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class data-start=\"140\" data-end=\"743\">J\u2019ai suivi un programme de trois s\u00e9ances par semaine avec Fr\u00e9quence Running : le lundi, le jeudi et le samedi. Le lundi, c\u2019\u00e9tait une s\u00e9ance libre ou courte, le jeudi une sortie plus classique, et le samedi la sortie longue. J\u2019essayais toujours de garder un jour de repos entre chaque. Quand j\u2019avais une g\u00eane ou un emp\u00eachement, je pouvais facilement d\u00e9caler ou remplacer une s\u00e9ance par du v\u00e9lo. C\u2019\u00e9tait super pratique, surtout quand je partais en vacances ou que j\u2019avais une petite douleur. J\u2019ai minci, pris du muscle, je respire mieux et \u00e7a m\u2019a permis d\u2019\u00e9vacuer pas mal de stress. Donc, je vais continuer \u00e0 me fixer des objectif et inclure la course \u00e0 pied avec Fr\u00e9quence Running.<br>Le prochain rendez-vous est un 10km avec un ami en juillet en Bretagne. Ensuite, je suis en train de pr\u00e9voir un 100km de marche en suisse (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.megamarsch.de\/\">megamarsch<\/a>) s\u00fbrement en octobre.<br>Un autre objectif serait de faire un triathlon pour encore plus varier les plaisirs.<\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Je tiens \u00e0 dire un grand merci \u00e0&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\">FREQUENCE Running<\/a>.
