Au fil de mes \u00e9tudes, il devenait plus simple de partir courir en ville que de trouver un terrain de basket. Souvent seul, parfois accompagn\u00e9, c&rsquo;est devenu peu \u00e0 peu mon sport num\u00e9ro un.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 a courir un semi-marathon ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Depuis longtemps, le mythe du marathon m&rsquo;appelle, et le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-semi-marathon.html\">semi-marathon<\/a><\/strong> en est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape. Mais j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 un vrai partenaire d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement en la personne de Fr\u00e9quence Running et du coach Fr\u00e9do !<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai encha\u00een\u00e9 une pr\u00e9pa 10km puis une pr\u00e9pa semi assez courte de 5 semaines. Les s\u00e9ances \u00e9taient parfois agr\u00e9ables, d&rsquo;autres fois moins dr\u00f4les et plut\u00f4t intenses ! Globalement la pr\u00e9pa s&rsquo;est bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9e avec un bon compromis entre sortie plaisir, fractionn\u00e9 long et court.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un \u00e9chauffement un peu raccourci et un d\u00e9part chahuteux, j&rsquo;ai vite pu d\u00e9rouler mes jambes dans les rues nantaises. Je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais fix\u00e9 une allure cible entre 4&rsquo;20 et 4&rsquo;25. Au 5e km je me sentais bien et j&rsquo;ai pu me stabiliser \u00e0 l&rsquo;allure de 4&rsquo;20. Tout s&rsquo;est bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9 ensuite, avec une r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 exemplaire ! Mon objectif officiel \u00e9tait donc de passer sous la barre des 1h35&prime; m\u00eame si en secret je comptais faire moins de 1h33&prime;.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>L&rsquo;application m&rsquo;affichait 1h32&rsquo;18 mais je doutais en \u00eatre capable. Au final j&rsquo;avais tout faux ! J&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise \u00e0 l&rsquo;allure cible et l&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait donc logiquement atteignable.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"ox-53b0a08cb4-ox-3f9ea2ec2d-gmail_quote\">\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ance et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;abord commenc\u00e9 ma pr\u00e9paration avec un objectif sur 10km. 10 semaines de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 3 entra\u00eenements par semaine jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la course entrecoup\u00e9es par une semaine dans les Alpes (l&rsquo;occasion de faire quelques trails enneig\u00e9s).
