Cependant, en trail il faut parfois regarder o\u00f9 vous mettez les pieds. (regarder \u00e0 3m de vos pieds)<\/p>\n<h4><strong><strong>Le gainage c&rsquo;est important<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le gainage c&rsquo;est la stabilisation du centre du corps. Pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 travailler cette ensemble l\u00e0, le but sera de tenir seulement sur les avants bras et les pointes de pieds en contact du sol tout en gardant le dos droit .<\/p>\n<p>Il va vous permettre <strong>d&rsquo;avoir une foul\u00e9e de qualit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;avoir une bonne posture tout au long de votre course.<\/strong> C&rsquo;est important pour un(e) coureur(se) de renforcer ses muscles, pour \u00e9viter les blessures et augmenter en performance. Il prot\u00e8ge \u00e9galement la colonne vert\u00e9brale lors d&rsquo;une descente en trail par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Alors ??
