D\u00e9cision \u00e9tait prise : par \u00e9quipe de deux ils allaient partir&nbsp;de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.co.uk\/maps\/place\/Ut%C3%B6,+Sweden\/@58.9433843,18.1374838,11z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x46f58b697c6b026b:0x216057e332be7715\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00dcto<\/a>&nbsp;dans le sud pour rejoindre&nbsp;<a !<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Alternant nage en eau libre et course typ\u00e9e trail, la discipline a rapidement fait des adeptes et s&rsquo;est naturellement d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9e hors de la Su\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2006 se tient l&rsquo;\u00d6till\u00d6 World race series (\u00d6till\u00d6 signifiant d&rsquo;\u00eele en \u00eele en su\u00e8dois) qui rassemble les meilleurs athl\u00e8tes de ce nouveau sport d&rsquo;endurance.<\/p>\n<p>Claire fait partie de ces sportifs et sportives, adeptes de cette nouvelle discipline !<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">De la natation au swimrun<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Nageuse depuis l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 5 ans, Claire a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 atteindre un tr\u00e8s bon niveau au fil des ann\u00e9es (plusieurs titres aux championnats France, Europe et Monde de 100 et 200 m\u00e8tres brasse cat\u00e9gorie Master).<\/p>\n<p>Elle a ensuite d\u00e9couvert le triathlon qu&rsquo;elle pratique avec son conjoint depuis 2010 \u00e0 raison de 3 s\u00e9ances\/semaine (v\u00e9lo, natation, running) et de plusieurs courses par an.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1341\" style=\"width: 1010px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><noscript><img de son dernier swimrun en Croatie en avril<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Depuis 2015 ans elle se concentre sur le swimrun, toujours avec son conjoint. Ils se sont d&rsquo;ailleurs qualifi\u00e9s pour la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape des championnats du monde en septembre prochain ! Avec 10 km de natation et 65 km \u00e0 pied, l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve est exigeante et demande de la rigueur \u00e0 la fois dans la nage et \u00e0 pied. La Parisienne tout d&rsquo;abord en 2008 puis la <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/nos-courses-deguisees-preferees\/\">corrida d&rsquo;Issy<\/a> (10km) dans la foul\u00e9e qu&rsquo;elle termine en 55 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e elle s&rsquo;est entra\u00een\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;application <span style=\"color: #083252;\">FREQUENCE Running<\/span> pour courir le semi-marathon de Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Son plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement l&rsquo;a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 rester motiv\u00e9e tout au long de ses 9 semaines de pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qu&rsquo;elle a aim\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p>La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances, digne d&rsquo;un vrai coach. Avant de conna\u00eetre l&rsquo;app elle se cantonnait \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance longue et un footing\/semaine pour se pr\u00e9parer. L&rsquo;app l&rsquo;a aid\u00e9 sur le fractionn\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle ne faisait pas spontan\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>Elle programmait sa montre avec la s\u00e9ance propos\u00e9e par FREQUENCE Running et se conditionnait pour faire l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Son objectif avec l&rsquo;app ?<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Courir le semi marathon en <span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>1h54,&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au final elle r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 terminer la course en <strong><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">1h45,&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l&rsquo;objectif est donc atteint !<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Son plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement&nbsp;<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>En janvier : 2 s\u00e9ances \/ semaine<\/p>\n<p>A partir de f\u00e9vrier : 3 s\u00e9ances \/ semaine<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">La course<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, les participants du semi de Paris ont eu le droit a un vrai d\u00e9luge, Claire n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Comme elle nous l&rsquo;indique, les deux premiers km lui permettent de se r\u00e9chauffer et de se mettre dans la course. La 1\u00e8re \u00e9tape est de passer les 10 premiers km en 48-50 min. Le fait de doubler plusieurs participants lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve la galvanise.
