Ce jeune nantais a couru son premier <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-marathon.html\">marathon<\/a><\/strong> en septembre dernier en 3h53. Apr\u00e8s avoir fait le Marathon du M\u00e9doc (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/nos-courses-deguisees-preferees\/\">voir notre s\u00e9lection des meilleurs marathons d\u00e9guis\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong>) en septembre dernier, j\u2019ai voulu remettre le couvert apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9fi lanc\u00e9 entre copains autour de l\u2019ap\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n<h5>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong class>O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>J\u2019aime courir avec les copains autour de l\u2019Erdre, la plus belle rivi\u00e8re de France selon Fran\u00e7ois 1er. Il n\u2019avait pas tort, c\u2019est un terrain de jeu id\u00e9al. J\u2019avoue qu\u2019au d\u00e9but de l\u2019utilisation de FREQUENCE Running j\u2019\u00e9tais sceptique quant \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019atteindre mon objectif. L\u2019histoire prouve le contraire et je ne regrette absolument pas d\u2019avoir suivi rigoureusement les conseils et le plan de l\u2019appli.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">&nbsp;<strong class>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono pour le marathon de Paris&nbsp;<wbr>?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<div>\n<p>Au moment de mon inscription au <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/tout-savoir-sur-le-marathon-de-paris\/\">Marathon de Paris<\/a><\/strong>, j\u2019envisageais de passer sous <span style=\"color: #083252;\"><strong>3h30<\/strong><\/span>. Pendant les premi\u00e8res semaines de pr\u00e9paration, les sensations \u00e9taient bonnes et je souhaitais aller plus loin. Je me suis donc lanc\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi de passer sous les 3h. J\u2019ai forc\u00e9 l\u2019appli en rentrant mon nouvel objectif en 2h59. FREQUENCE Running m\u2019alertait en me disant que c\u2019\u00e9tait trop ambitieux compte tenu de mes r\u00e9f\u00e9rences et du nombre de sorties hebdomadaires, mais je suis t\u00eatu et quand je me lance dans quelque chose j\u2019y vais \u00e0 fond. Les 3 derniers kilom\u00e8tres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s durs. \u00c0 cet instant, j\u2019ai calcul\u00e9 le temps qu\u2019il me restait avant les 3h de course. Je devais boucler les 3 derniers KM en 5\u201945. J\u2019ai donc lev\u00e9 le pied pour mettre toutes les chances de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong class>Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ance et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Je ne pouvais pas sortir plus de 4 fois par semaine \u00e0 cause de mon activit\u00e9 professionnelle. Le planning \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 dur \u00e0 tenir. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 l\u2019entra\u00eenement tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t avec une mise en route juste apr\u00e8s les f\u00eates et une mont\u00e9e en puissance petit \u00e0 petit d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong class>Est-ce que FREQUENCE Running t&rsquo;as motiv\u00e9 durant toute ta pr\u00e9paration ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Oui \u00e9norm\u00e9ment, \u00e7a me \u00ab&nbsp;<wbr>for\u00e7ait&nbsp;<wbr>\u00bb \u00e0 sortir, m\u00eame quand je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9 en rentrant du boulot.
