J\u2019ai d\u00fb ralentir et m\u2019arr\u00eater plusieurs fois&#8230;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong class>Quel \u00e9tait votre objectif de chrono sur votre 20km ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Faire moins de 2h ! Mais je savais que \u00e7a risquait d&rsquo;\u00eatre compliqu\u00e9. Je voulais surtout finir la course \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong class>Quel \u00e9tait votre planning (nombre de s\u00e9ance et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>J\u2019ai fait environ 20 entra\u00eenements en 7 semaines, avec environ 3 sorties par semaine.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong class>Est-ce que FREQUENCE Running vous a motiv\u00e9 durant toute votre pr\u00e9paration ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Yes !
