Avant de commencer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisez toutes les \u00e9tapes, sortez les ingr\u00e9dients et ustensiles n\u00e9cessaires et rincez les fruits et l\u00e9gumes !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>2. Les tagliatelles et les poireaux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition une casserole d\u2019eau. Utilisez si n\u00e9cessaire une bouilloire pour chauffer l\u2019eau plus vite !<br>Coupez et retirez la base et le bout du vert ab\u00eem\u00e9 et sec des poireaux. Incisez-les en 2 dans la longueur (pas jusqu\u2019au bout pour qu\u2019ils tiennent)&nbsp;et rincez-les soigneusement. Coupez-les en lani\u00e8res.<br>Quand l\u2019eau bout, faites cuire les tagliatelles et les poireaux 12 \u00e0 14 min pour des p\u00e2tes al dente ou fondantes. Remuez de temps en temps.<br>Quand les p\u00e2tes et les poireaux&nbsp;sont cuits, \u00e9gouttez-les rapidement puis remettez-les dans la casserole \u00e0 couvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>3. Le saumon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une sauteuse&nbsp;(si possible anti-adh\u00e9sive), faites chauffer un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen.<br>Rincez et essuyez (\u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un essuie-tout) bien les pav\u00e9s de saumon. Salez, poivrez et coupez-les en morceaux (1 cm environ). Parsemez-les de cumin.<br>Faites dorer prudemment les morceaux de saumon 2 \u00e0 3 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Pour savoir quand retourner les morceaux de saumon, regardez sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s&nbsp;: lorsqu\u2019ils sont cuits \u00e0 mi-hauteur, retournez-les !<br>Une fois le saumon cuit, ajoutez les tagliatelles aux poireaux \u00e0 la sauteuse et faites revenir 1 min \u00e0 la sauteuse. M\u00e9langez bien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>4. La sauce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pressez le citron jaune. Dans un&nbsp;bol, m\u00e9langez le fromage frais et le jus de citron. Salez et poivrez.
