<strong>monter et descendre successivement <\/strong>une c\u00f4te assez pentue, entre 6 et 12%. Sur les s\u00e9ances de <strong>navettes courtes<\/strong>, il vous suffit de vous trouver une c\u00f4te d&rsquo;environ 1 minute en mont\u00e9e, et de la redescendre pendant 1 minute, et ce, pendant 10 minutes. Sur les s\u00e9ances de <strong>navettes plus longues<\/strong>, vous pouvez trouver une c\u00f4te de plus de 2 minutes afin de faire votre s\u00e9ance.<\/p>\n<p>Le but est de de monter en <strong>aisance respiratoire<\/strong>, afin de travailler votre r\u00e9sistance aux c\u00f4tes.
